[Could have what, huh? He stares at Pink. This is a cop who got shot and left to bleed in a warehouse. Those other cops could have busted in and saved him but they didn't. They didn't do it because they put the sting above his own protection. Freddy went into this knowing it was a possibility. That other cop, Marvin Nash, didn't know what the fuck was going on and his own threw him to the wolves too. Pink saw what Blonde did to him--
